PARKING

All general parking at Waterfront Park is $2.00.

Parking lots are located in front of the ballpark, in the parking garage near KatManDu and across Rt. 29.

Those fans with Reserved Parking Passes may park in the lot behind the ballpark. A prepaid parking pass is required for this area.
PLEASE NOTE: There is no $2 parking in the reserved lot behind the outfield fence on nights when there are fireworks.

Please note the following lots are only available when needed:
Apex lot located on Cass St. and Rt. 129. There is a free shuttle from this lot when it is in use for Thunder games.

BY CAR

From Route 1 South/Northern New Jersey
Route 1 South to Route 129, South Broad St./Chambersburg exit. Take Route 129 South to the second light (Cass St.). Turn right onto Cass St. west. Go through three lights and Waterfront Park is on the left.

From Route 295 North/Southern New Jersey
Route 295 North to Exit 60 for 195/29/129. After exiting 295 North, stay left and follow signs for Route 29 North. Continue staying left and following signs for 29 North/Capitol Complex/Lambertville. Ballpark is on left after exiting tunnel.

From New Jersey Turnpike Exit 7A
Take Interstate 195 West toward Trenton to Route 29 North. Stay left and follow signs for 29 North/Capitol Complex/ Lambertville. Ballpark is on left after exiting tunnel.

From Route 1 North/Pennsylvania
Interstate 95 North to Route 1 North (Morrisville exit). Take first exit in New Jersey (immediately after toll bridge for John Fitch Way) for Route 29. Take Route 29 South and follow signs for parking (ballpark is on right).

Bucknellians Unite for National Alumni Community Service Event

Bucknell regional clubs will participate in the first annual National Alumni Community Service Event as a collaboration with the Lewisburg Thaw Out which brings students and the Lewisburg community together to help downtown merchants prepare for Spring.

2008 HomeFront Thanksgiving Food Drive
in conjunction with the Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce


Give Thanks and Give Back

HomeFront has been working since the early 1990s to end homelessness in Central New Jersey. In 2007, HomeFront gave shelter to 450 people a night, more than 70,000 meals to homeless families, education help to more than 500 homeless children and had a 100% success rate in finding individuals decent work.

From now until November 18,2008, we are collecting food items in order to give a Thanksgiving Dinner to thousands of parents and children.

Choose from any of the following items:
• Shop Rite or Acme gift card to purchase a turkey
• Canned vegetables, fruit and cranberry sauce
• Dry boxed mashed potatoes, stuffing mix and dessert baking mix
• Fruit Juice (canned, bottled or boxed)
• Dessert Items (cake, pie, pudding or pastries)
• Anything else you would like to include to make their Thanksgiving meal special!


**DO NOT INCLUDE PERISHABLE ITEMS**
Additional appreciated items:
Tuna, beef stew, canned or evaporated milk, dry soup mix, hot and cold cereal, pasta, tomato sauce, macaroni and cheese, peanut butter and jelly.

Holiday Cheer at the Festival of Trees

On Thursday December 6th, a group of Bucknell alumni and parents came out to Morven Museum's annual Festival of Trees. With a reception brilliantly catered by Tillies Nasaus St. Catering company, co-owned by Bucknell Parent and Parent's Association President Jack Morrison, guests enjoyed mingling and meandering through the decorated rooms. Each tree was sponsored and custom decorated by local businesses. The event was co-hosted by Hilary Morris, club president, and Clare Smith, '76, Assistant Director of Morven.

It was great to see familiar faces from previous club events and it was nice to welcome new alumni and current parents to the group.

I would especially like to thank Mason Irving, catering director, and his staff for a wonderful service and menu and Clare Smith for welcoming the Bucknell Club to the museum for the private event.
